In the first half of 2016, the Club undertook an in-depth review of its services with the help of more than 300 brokers from across the globe. With almost 100% of the Club’s membership produced through brokers, we are always keen to understand and respond to the priorities and concerns of the broking community and look at ways in which we can do business better and so ultimately provide a better product for our Members.
The results cement our position as experts in the small vessel P&I Insurance sector. Brokers believe that our service is first-class and that our mutual philosophy, experience and product quality add the value that is much needed by their customers, our Members, especially while they ride out the storm of the current challenging trading conditions. The Club is recognised for being extremely reliable in considering and supporting claims and our financial strength is the highest single satisfying element of our business. |
There are, as with all businesses, areas we can develop and we appreciate this honest feedback from our brokers. Above all else, we place great importance on our relationships with our brokers. As we look to the year ahead, our expert staff, based in Luxembourg, London, Singapore and Hong Kong, will continue to provide support to our Members and their brokers in order to maintain the trust they have in the Club.
