NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Extraordinary General Meeting of The Shipowners’ Mutual Protection and Indemnity Association (Luxembourg) will be held on Thursday 30 November 2023 at 09.00 hours at  Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Presidente Kennedy Avenue, 7560994 Santiago, Chile, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, passing the following as SPECIAL RESOLUTIONS.

SPECIAL RESOLUTION No1

THAT the Constitution be amended as set out hereafter on pages 1 to 11, the amendments to be effective immediately.

SPECIAL RESOLUTION No2

THAT the Remuneration of the appointed Statutory auditors (Réviseur d’Entreprises Agréé) for the financial year ending 31 December 2023 is approved, as reviewed by the Audit and Risk Committee.
