NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of The Shipowners’ Mutual Protection and Indemnity Association (Luxembourg) will be held in the Pousada De Lisboa – Terreiro Do Paço, Praça do Comércio, 31-34, 1100-148 Lisboa on Thursday 1 June 2017 at 09:00 hours for the following purposes:

To approve the Report of the Directors and the Accounts for the period ended 31 December 2016, and the Report of the Auditors thereon.
To elect Directors.
To undertake the appointment of the Statutory Auditors for the financial year ending 31 December 2017 and to consider the remuneration thereof.
To transact any other ordinary business of the Association.
